da33 Terms and Conditions

da33 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online cricket betting and casino service provider. This platform must be used entirely at the user's own will and responsibility.

• These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between da33 and its users.
• By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the da33 platform, you are fully accepting these terms and conditions.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
• da33 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and continuing to use the platform after any change is considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• In the event of any dispute, da33's decision will be considered final.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use services on the da33 platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and current.
• You must register under your own name — opening an account on behalf of another person or under a fictitious identity is prohibited.
• The payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank) used when creating your account must be your own.
• da33 reserves the right to reject any registration application without giving reasons.

The da33 platform follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to maintain a safe and transparent environment. Verification may be mandatory at the time of withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount.

• da33 may at any time request a copy of your National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued document for identity verification.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
• Providing incorrect or falsified information will result in permanent account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• da33 may request additional documents to verify ownership of the payment method if needed.

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the da33 platform:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• The deposit account must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Typical withdrawal processing time: 5-30 minutes.
• The withdrawal account and the deposit account must be the same.
• Large withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• da33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

da33 offers various bonuses and promotions. While each bonus has its own terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus:

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15x (deposit + bonus).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

General Bonus Rules:

• It is the user's responsibility to read the specific terms of the relevant promotion before claiming a bonus.
• If bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts or manipulation is found, all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.
• da33 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus promotion.
• Two bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.

The da33 VIP Program has four tiers. Moving up each tier comes with various benefits including weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

VIP tier is determined based on activity and contribution. da33 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time. Cashback is added directly to the account and its own withdrawal terms apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the da33 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Strategically incurring losses to meet bonus requirements (bonus hunting or arbitrage).
• Account hacking, manipulation or use of any software exploit.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Fraudulent behaviour against other members.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform — winnings obtained in such cases will be cancelled.
• Using third-party software or bots to place bets.

Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action may be taken.

da33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If the user fails to cooperate with KYC verification or provides incorrect information.
• If suspicious or unusual financial activity is observed.
• If the user requests to close the account themselves.
• If a voluntary break is requested under the responsible gaming policy.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the verified balance will be returned.

da33 will not bear any responsibility for the following:

• If a game is interrupted midway due to technical issues, internet disconnection or other reasons.
• If account information is leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• For delays or errors on the part of third-party payment processors.
• If service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government directives.

In any circumstance, da33's maximum liability will be limited to the total funds present in the user's account.
